If you wish to make a return, you will have 15 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to notify us. You must send us the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with no signs of use. The return must be made by registered mail or some other system with delivery record (courier, etc.), the cost of the return will be paid by the buyer. Maintenance

The jewellery is nickel and lead free.

Avoid scratching the part and clean with neutral ph soapy water.

Jewellery plated with 18 carat gold is best stored away from any metal that may oxidise it.
