WARRANTY
All MAKA DAMA jewellery comes with a two-year guarantee from the time of purchase, which covers all possible defects that may arise from manufacture, but in no case those caused by improper use.
In order to make this guarantee effective, you must present the receipt of purchase and have purchased the jewellery in our online shop www.makadama.es.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Dispones de 15 días naturales desde el momento de la recepción de tu pedido para realizar cualquier cambio o devolución. Debes notificar este cambio o devolución a través de contact@makadama.es
Para cambios y devoluciones has de hacernos llegar el producto en su embalaje original, en perfecto estado y sin señales de uso. La devolución debe hacerse por correo certificado o algún otro sistema con registro de entrega (mensajería, etc), los gastos de la devolución corren a cargo del comprador. Una vez recibida la pieza y comprobado su estado procederemos al reembolso del coste del producto (no de los gastos de envío) a través del mismo sistema de pago con el que se realizó la compra.

At MAKA DAMA we take special care with the presentation and we deliver all our pieces in a white rigid box, designed by MAKA DAMA, which is perfect for you to keep your pieces protected.
The TRIBASIKS earrings are delivered in their original white pouch, designed by MAKA DAMA, where you can easily store them.
SHIPPING
If your shipment is in the Iberian Peninsula… our shipments are free for you!
If your shipment is in the Iberian Peninsula… If you live in the Balearic Islands, our shipments are free for you and cost 14€.
If you live in Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands or countries of the European Union, our shipments have a cost of 19€.
Orders are delivered to your home within 2 to 7 working days after placing the order. As all our pieces are handmade, we always try to send them the next day, but sometimes we need more time for preparation.
If you do not receive your order within 15 days from the date of purchase, please send us an email to contact@makadama.es with the subject “My order has not arrived” and we will contact you as soon as possible to solve it.
For sales outside the European Union, Ceuta and Melilla there may be customs duties on the import of the products to the country or region of destination. These costs must be borne by the consumer.
PAYMENTS
Shopping at MAKADAMA.ES is easy, convenient and safe. Once the payment has been completed you will receive an e-mail confirming your order (we recommend that you check your spam folder if you do not receive this e-mail).
To guarantee the security of your purchases and offer you the best service, we work with PayPal and Stripe, two of the main and most secure online payment platforms.
If you would still prefer to pay by bank transfer, please write to contact@makadama.es and we will provide you with an account number to make the payment.
