All our shipments are free of charge. We deliver within 2 to 7 working days after you place your order. Please note that all our pieces are handmade, we always try to ship them the next day but sometimes we need more preparation time…

If you wish to make a return, you will have 15 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to notify us. You must send us the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with no signs of use. The return must be made by registered mail or some other system with delivery record (courier, etc.), the cost of the return will be paid by the buyer. The jewellery is nickel and lead free.

Avoid scratching the part and clean with neutral ph soapy water.

Jewellery plated with 18 carat gold is best stored away from any metal that may oxidise it.
